Exhibiting costs

Included in the booth fee: Exhibitors receive as many invitations as they wish
both for visitors and employees - free of charge. Stone grey
carpet tiles laid on a stand. There will be cleaning in the public space and
point lighting in the corridors of the exhibition area. A wireless network will be installed in the exhibition areas and in the public space, and there will be security and
also in a fenced outdoor area.

Note: Electricity consumption is included but not electrical connections in booths.

The stall price is ISK 24,500+VAT p.m. Confirmation fee ISK 45,000+VAT which
guarantees exhibition space (non-refundable). A fenced and guarded outdoor area at the west side of the palace will also be offered for ISK 6,900+VAT p.m.

Exhibitors can choose an exhibition system company or bring their own booth system.

Ritsýn collaborates with Merking which offers systems. The offer includes the following: System walls installed and installation of kappa/facia
board. Marking with the exhibitor's name on a kappa and three lights. Price ISK 9.900+VAT. p.m.
